Meet Celeste Tio
I am a Registered Provisional Psychologist with master’s degree in counselling psychology. I have a strong belief in everyone's ability to shape their own narratives, I nurture a space of trust, support, and accountability. My journey to my own best life has fueled my commitment to guiding others towards their truths and desires.

With many years of experience in the wellness industry, education, and counselling, I’ve had the privilege of working with a variety of therapeutic approaches. While I enjoyed this work, I have gone in the direction of applying proven counselling modalities to leverage a person’s ability to move beyond difficulty and thrive in all aspects of their lives.

Counselling Statement
With a deep passion for counseling and a strong belief in each person's ability to shape their own path, I offer a safe, supportive space where trust can grow. By combining evidence-based practices with your own inner wisdom, I help you create a personalized roadmap to success. My approach is tailored to each individual, choosing modalities that align with your unique goals and personality, empowering you in ways that go beyond what an untrained person can offer. I embrace and accept clients fully, regardless of their beliefs or the challenges they face—even in their darkest moments. True success in our work together comes when you feel seen, have achieved your goals, and no longer feel alone in facing life's difficulties.
If you're ready to take the next step toward healing and growth, I would be honored to walk that path with you
